Shipping is Royal Mail 48 Hour TRACKED for £3.25 if your order is under £50.
Shipping is Royal Mail 24 hour TRACKED for £4.50 if your order is under £50.

Orders over £50 will receive free shipping.
Your order will be shipped 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 12 noon will be posted the same day.
If your order doesn't arrive within 10 working days from being dispatched then please contact me by emailing radishandpear@outlook.com. Emails will be responded to within 48 hours, but usually same day.
 

Returns Policy

At Radish & Pear, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery, please review our returns policy below:

Non-Refundable Items

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returnable Items

  • Rings, Necklaces, and Bracelets: These items can be returned under the following conditions:
    1. Return Request: You must email us at radishandpear@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
    2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
    3. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. 
    4. Please allow 3-5 working days to process your return. 

Faulty Items

  • Reporting Faults: If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a fault is reported after this period, we will assume the fault occurred due to the customer's actions and will not accept the return.
  • Return Authorisation: For faulty items reported within 7 days, you will receive a detailed return instructions.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at radishandpear@outlook.com within the specified time frame (3 days for returns, 7 days for faults) with your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s). Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Damage and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

JEWELLERY CARE: 
STORING YOUR JEWELLERY: Ensure your items are stored in a dry and cool plated when not being used. Avoid the contact with water, oils, lotions, creams, harsh chemicals etc. This means not wearing your jewellery when applying said products above, or whilst showering or using hairspray. This is all to prevent damage to the protective coating on the jewellery. If you follow the storage recommendations above then your products will stay shiny and bright for longer. 
WEARING YOUR JEWELLERY:  Ensure all jewellery items are securely fastened whether via earring back, hoop latch, clasp, etc. We are not responsible for lost/missing earrings due to not verifying items are completely fastened. Do not tug, bend, fiddle with your earrings as any rough handling may cause breakage that we are not entitled to cover the cost and not obliged to replace.
