Returns Policy
At Radish & Pear, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery, please review our returns policy below:
Non-Refundable Items
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returnable Items

Rings, Necklaces, and Bracelets: These items can be returned under the following conditions:
- Return Request: You must email us at radishandpear@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
- Please allow 3-5 working days to process your return.
Faulty Items
- Reporting Faults: If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a fault is reported after this period, we will assume the fault occurred due to the customer's actions and will not accept the return.
- Return Authorisation: For faulty items reported within 7 days, you will receive a detailed return instructions.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at radishandpear@outlook.com within the specified time frame (3 days for returns, 7 days for faults) with your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s). Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.
Important Notes
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Damage and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
